Do you really know what your drinking? I do. If it is not on the label, I go to the website of the vineyard and download a tasting sheet. If I don’t get the information I want, I send them an email. Don’t you want to know what grapes are used and how much so you can look for other wines like it?

Wouldn’t it be nice to have that information on the back of the bottle? Wouldn’t it be nice to know the sugar content? I am amazed at how little the average consumer knows about the wine they are drinking? Would you still buy that red blend if you knew how sweet it is? Thank God, my customers know better.
